Filters Needed:

Eye Candy 4000 (gradient glow)

Ok. Let's get started!

Open template. and shut out info layer.
Select circle layer.
Layers, select all, float, defloat.
Layers, new raster layer.
Make a gradient fill using colors #ff0000 and #6c228a
Settings: Linear, Angle 64, Repeats 0
Flood fill your new layer with the gradient.
 
Effects, Eye candy 4000, gradient glow, Settings: Fat, white, 3.00, 25, 100. Ok
Add drop shadow of choice.
Delete original circle layer.
 
Select the larger rectangle layer, Selections, select all, float, defloat, Layers, new raster layer.
Flood fill with the #ff0000 color.
Selections, none. Add drop shadow. Delete original layer.
 
 
Select your other rectangle layer, Selections, select all, float, defloat.
Open paper 9 from kit. copy and paste as new layer.
Selections, invert, delete.
 
 
Ok, now select the music notes, Selections, select all, float, defloat.
Use the same gradient fill you used above and carefully fill in the music notes.
Selections none.
Now select the guitar and stars layer, and do the same.
 
Open your tube, and copy and paste as new layer.
 
 
Now you can add whatever elements from the kit  you would like.
 
Open your mask
 
Layers, new raster layer, send to bottom.
Flood fill this layer with paper 9 from kit.
 
Layers, new mask layer from image, and find your mask from the drop down menu, Ok.
Layers, merge group.
 
Add your copyrights and your name.
I used Plaza 32 becker font
And once again added gradient glow and drop shadow.
 
Merge visible layers, and save your tag as a PNG image and your all done!
