This tutorial was written using PSP X2, but any version should work
Supplies needed:
Tube of choice. I used the beautiful work of Jennifer Janesko which you MUST have a license to use.
You can purchase her tubes at CILM ~ HERE
Babe's designz Mask 40, which you can download from her blog~ HERE
My life is beautiful and life sucks template which you can download from my blog~ HERE
Filters needed:
Eye Candy 4000 (gradient glow, and glass)
Tramages (waffle)
Penta.com (color dot)
Ok let's get started!
Open your template, And your tube.
Delete your copyright layer on your template.
Select small rectangle 1. Select your magic wand tool and click inside rectangle.
Copy and paste your tube as new layer.
Selections, invert , hit delete on your keyboard
Select small rectangle 2, and repeat the process, then change the blend mode on your tube to Hard light.
Select small rectangle 3, and repeat the process as above, changing the blend mode on your tube to Luminance legacy.
Ok now go back and select rectangle 1 again. Selections, select all, float, defloat, Layers, add new raster layer. And flood fill with color of choice. Select none.
Effects, Tramages, waffle, with settings on X size 1, Y size 3, ok.
Delete original rectangle 1 layer
Repeat these steps with small rectangle 2 and 3.Click on the first Large rectangle layer, and merge down, then merge down again, until all 3 Large rectangles are on one layer.
Selections, select all, float, defloat, Layers, new raster layer, and flood fill with the same color you used for your small rectangles. Selections, none,
Ok
delete original large rectangle layer. Add drop shadow of choice
Now select your Circle layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat, Layers, new raster layer.Flood fill with color or gradient of choice. I used a gradient using the same color I used before and another color to compliment tube with the following settings: Style,Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 3.
Select none, delete original circle layer.
Effects, penta dot.com, color dot, default settings.
Select your skull layer.Go to effects, Eye candy 4000, chrome, under basic, outdoor, default settings click ok.Select your Large flower layer, Selections, select all, float, defloat, Layers, new raster layer, and flood fill with color of choice, select none. And delete original. Repeat steps with the other 2 flower layers. Add drop shadow of choice to all 3 layersI added Eye candy 4000, glass effect to mine with the snow settingClick on Life is beautiful word art, Selections, select all, float, defloat, Layers, new raster layer, and again flood fill with color of choice. Select none, and delete original layer. Effects, Eye candy 4000, gradient glow, Settings, Fat, ok. Add drop shadow of choice.
Repeat these steps with the And life sucks word art.
Now X out raster layer 1 (your bottom layer) And merge layers visible
Now you can resize your merged layers a little bit if you want to. I resized mine just a little bit.
Ok, now make raster 1 visible again and flood fill white
Layers, new raster layer, flood fill with color or gradient of choice
Layers, New mask layer from image, make sure invert mask is checked, and find Babes designz mask 40, ok.
Merge group. Layers duplicate, image flip
Add your copyright info, and your name
I used Inspiration Font for my name
Delete your White bottom layers. Merge all visible. Add drop shadow of choice. And your all done!
Save your tag as a PNG image.
