Scrap kit "So in the pink"  by created by Jill which you can download HERE

WSL Mask 167 which you can get from her blog HERE

Tube of choice. I'm using the awesome work of Elias Chatzoudis. You MUST have a lisence to use his work.

You can get one and purchase his tubes from MPT HERE

Filters Needed:

Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow (which is opptional if you want to use it on your name)

Ok, Let's begin!

Open template, delete info layer.
Go to image, canvas size 700x700
 
Select raster layer 2. Selections, select all, float, defloat.
Open tube of choice copy and past as new layer.
Arange to your liking, Layers, duplicate.
 
Select bottom tube layer, Selections, invert, hit delete
Select top tube layer, and carefully erase any part of the tube that overlaps the bottom of oval.
Ok, now go to layers, and merge down so that you only have 1 tube layer.
 
Then go to layers and duplicate it again.
On top layer go to Adjust, blur, gaussian blur 5.00, ok. Now change blend mode to soft light.
Again go to layers, and merge down so that you have one tube layer
Add drop shadown 2, 2, 50, 10
 
Now select layer 6 and move it below your tube layer.
 
Ok, select layer 2 again, Selections, select all, float, defloat, Layers, new raster layer.
 
Ok, now selected your foreground color and set it to #da437e
Select your background color and set it to #fed2e6
Make a gradient out of the 2 colors with settings: Linear, angle 53, repeats 1
 
Now go back and flood fill your new layer with this gradient.
Selections none, delete original layer 2 layer.
 
Select layer 8, Selections, select all, float, defloat, open paper 11 from kit, copy and past as new layer.
Selections, invert, delete. Select none.
Delete original layer 8 layer.
 
Ok still on that layer, Go to Selections, select all, float, defloat,, modify, expand by 5, Layers new raster layer.
Flood fill this layer with the #da437e color
Selections none.
Move this layer below your paper filled layer.
No go to Adjust, add/remove noise. Add noise settings: Uniform, 55%, Monochrome checked, ok.
 
Select very bottom layer.
Open laced doily element from kit. Copy and paste as new layer. Arange to left top corner, see my tag for reference.
Add drop shadow.
 
Select layer 4, word art layer, selections, select all, float, defloat.
Open paper 10 from kit and copy and paste as new layer.
Selections, invert, delete.
Delete original layer 4.
 
Select layer 5, the white part of the word art layer. Selections, select all, float, defloat.
Now open a new blank canvas, flood fill it with black, copy and paste as new layer.
 
 Selections, invert, delete.
Delete original layer 5.
Add drop shadow.
 
Open the "take care of the girls" word art from kit, copy and paste as new layer to the bottom right of tag, see mine.
 
Open rose 4 element from kit, copy and paste as new layer. Move down below layer 10 (the oval one)
Add drop shadow.
 
Open flower 2 from kit, resize by 60%, adjust, sharpen.
copy and paste as new layer.
Move below raster 5, your "take care of the girls word art" add drop shadow.
 
Select layer 10.
Open framewrap 2 element from kit. Copy and past as new layer.
Take your eraser tool and carefully erase any part of the ribbon overlapping at the top and bottom of tag.
 
Select raster 6, open rose 5 from kit. copy and paste as new layer. Carefully erase any part of rose from underneath bottom word art.
Add drop shadow.
 
Ok go to layers and merge visible.
Resize by 90% and go to adjust, sharpen.
 
 
Layers, new raster layer, send to bottom.
 
Make a new gradient fill with the foreground set to #990837
Background, #000000
Same settings as before. Flood fill your new layer.
 
Open your mask
 
 
Go to layers, new mask layer from image, and find your mask from the drop down menu.
Apply mask, Layers, merge group.
 
Now add your copyrights and your name.
 
I used Impact font and Waterbrush Rob font for the name, and applied graddient glow.
